Family and friends of murder victim Lakeisha Mackey on Monday jeered the woman accused of killing her.
Murder suspect Nadisha Beckford, 33, turned occasionally to stare at them, as homicide detectives escorted her into court yesterday.
Police say Beckford fatally stabbed Mackey during an argument in the parking lot of the Mayfair Hotel on February 20, 2021.
Shortly before she was arrested for the incident, Beckford went live on Facebook to give her version of what happened.
Beckford was not required to enter a plea to the charge and returns to court on June 16.
