A judge on Monday set bail at $6,000 for a prison officer accused of drug possession with intent to supply.
Attorney Bjorn Ferguson filed an emergency bail application after officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit charged Principal Officer Kevan Seymour with having 13 ounces of marijuana with intent to supply on March 15.
Seymour, 47, of Fourth Street, The Grove, does not live at the home where police say they recovered the drugs.
Seymour is charged along with Suzette Smith, 47, and her 19-year-old son Philip.
All three return to court on September 1 for trial.
