Retired Nurse Genevieve “Jennie” Eloise Thompson-Basden

A Private Funeral Service for Retired Nurse Genevieve “Jennie” Eloise Thompson-Basden, aged 91, of Sunshine Park, will be held on Saturday, September 26th, 2020 at Ebenezer Methodist Church, Shirley St.  Officiating will be Pastor Milton Lightbourne assisted by Rev. Godfrey Bethel.  Interment will follow in Ebenezer Church Cemetery, Shirley Street.

Due to current Government regulations in respect of Covid-19, attendance is limited to ten (10) persons.

She is preceded in death by her Parents: Ralph Thompson and Myrtis Louis Isaacs Jarrett-Williams; Brothers: Dennis, James “Tim”, Richard Williams, Ralph Jr., and James Thompson, Sister: Katrina Brown; Daughter: Shirley Basden and Great Grandson: Deovantei Basden.

Left to cherish her life and legacy are her Sons: Andrew “Andy”, Rev. Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians & Crematorium, #44 Nassau Street on Friday, September 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm.
