A 39-year-old man has denied that he touched a 14-year-old girl inappropriately.
Matthew Butterfield, of Village Crescent, appeared before Magistrate Samuel McKinney yesterday charged with indecent assault.
Prosecutors allege that Butterfield touched the teen between her legs on August 4, 2021.
Butterfield was granted $3,500 bail and warned to stay away from the prosecution witnesses.
His trial is scheduled to begin on February 14.
Inspector Timothy Bain prosecuted.
