Memorial Service Announcement
Elder Madrica “Maddie” Mackey “Nee” McKenzie, age 88yrs, of Hillcrest Drive, Seven Hills Estates, and formerly of Rokers, Cat Island, will be held at 10am on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021, at Evangelistic Temple, Collins Avenue, Nassau Bahamas. Officiating will be Reverend Cyril C. Sands, assisted by Pastor Rudy Hall and Minister Oswald Strachan. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road, Nassau Bahamas.
Left to cherish her memories are her Children: Julie Mae Mackey, Sheila Mae Deveaux, Brenda Mae Cooper (Royal), Anushka Mackey, Kayren McPhee (Roland), Sheryl Sturrup (Trevor); Grandchildren Algernon Mackey, Odessa Duncombe, (Alvin Greene) Gregory Sands (Donnicka), Laron Miller, Cordero (Brittany) and Cedino Cooper, Rashad and Ranique McPhee, Dominica Simmons and Lauranique Bethel, Dominic & Deidrah; Great Grand Children: Ramon Hart, Deigo Duncombe, Brayella and Bea Cooper, Seantel, Adginel and Ayden Sands, Amari Miller, Travis Smith, Armani Grant, Amaire Cartwright; Sisters: Hadassah Carter of Phoenix Arizona, and Maryann Smith. (Rupert); Numerous Nieces: Valperga McKenzie (Honorable Mention) Christiana McKenzie, Maurisa, Heidi Adderley (Ian), Sherece, Shelly, Janet (Gail), Anastacia (Archibald), Rubyann, Darren Newbold (Burnard), Paulette Brown , Thelma, Sandra, Olga, Francina, Brenda, Delciene, Rose, Monique McDonald Sands (Honorable Mention); Nephews: Robert Bosefield (Yemi) of Phoenix Arizona, Paul (Angelique) Elbert Thompson, Alonzo Saunders, (Honorable Mention) Oscar, Canon Sebastian (Agatha), Kirkward (Zoie), Edward, Kendal, Julian, Earl, Ashley (Angie), Romani, Teddy, Clayton, John (Marie), Edwin (Rosadell) Gregory, Trevor (Shavanna), Attorney Charles Mackey (Yourie), Ernest of New York and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Cedar Crest Funeral Home and Crematorium Ltd, Robinson and Baillou Hill Roads, on Friday, from 12noon to 5pm
