A man and woman were shot and killed inside a silver Dodge Neon on Ida Street over the weekend, police said.
ASP Audley Peters said police received a call at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday about the incident.
When officers responded, they discovered the lifeless bodies of the pair in the car, which had its back window shattered.
The man was shot to the body and thigh and the woman was shot in the upper body.
CCTV cameras were near the scene, Peters noted, adding that officers hoped it would yield some clues.
Peters said yesterday that no arrests were made in the matter but police were still pursuing leads.
