Prices slashed for BTC Blue Friday

Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) has turned its traditional annual ‘Black Friday’ sale into ‘Blue Fridays’. Customers can purchase an 8” Samsung tablet at the deeply discounted price of $89.00 and will receive a free SIM card and a free ‘Always On’ mobile prepaid combo plan with double data, providing over $200.00 in savings.

BTC Chief Executive Officer Garry Sinclair said, “At BTC, we believe that heart is more than something we have, it’s something we share. We know that 2020 has been a trying time all around, so all season long we will be providing special offers with every single customer in mind. We’ve had an overwhelming demand from the public for reasonably priced quality devices that they can gift to children in need. This ‘Blue Friday’ offer provides that and a whole lot more. We’ve even taken it a step further, including additional savings with a SIM card and a mobile data combo card, with double data.”

The Always On mobile data combo plan includes 3 GB of data, and an additional 3 GB will be added as part of this ‘Blue Friday’ offer – giving the customer 6 GB of data, unlimited local calls and text messages. Unlimited Facebook messenger texts, rollover data, plus 50 minutes to call the United States and Canada and one hour of free data for YouTube are also included. Customers can also purchase a wide range of Samsung devices specially priced all season long.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use the BTC Virtual Store to shop with BTC this ‘Blue Friday’. Customers can place their orders by sending a WhatsApp message to 577-SHOP, or 424-SHOP and a BTC Virtual Store representative will be in contact to complete the transaction. Customers can also send an email to shop@btcbahamas.com. Orders can either be delivered or picked up through BTC’s Concierge or Curbside Service.

As a precautionary measure, there is a limit to the number of persons who can be in store at the same time. Customers will be required to wear a face mask, have their temperature checked, sanitize their hands and adhere to social distancing policies.

To ensure BTC is available to all of its customers, its outdoor sales teams will be at the following locations from Wednesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
