It’s going to be 12 hours of prayer, praise, and declarations in-person and virtually as PULSE (Prophets United and Liberated for Strategic Emergence), which is geared toward the amplification of the voice of God in the earth’s realm, comes together for “Breaking Dawn” with the aim to bring hope during the pandemic.
Through PULSE, the idea is to bring healing, hope and freedom after a year of helplessness and fear.
The night of intercession at the Atlantis ballroom, according to PULSE founder Dr. Kenva Cleopatra Williams, will serve as interception – a break in what was, into a new reality, where the seat of sovereignty is restored.
As the coronavirus pandemic has drastically changed the way the church operates, and challenged Christians’ faith across the globe, Williams said, “The world has chosen their weapons in this war, and as the body of Christ, we have chosen ours.”
Breaking Dawn is a night of prayer, worship and prophetic releases that Williams said is intended to empower, inspire and bring freedom from affliction, warfare and never-ending cycles.
Williams, the executive pastor at Life Changers Ministries International, said the revival event is intended to light the spark to ignite a revival in the earth.
Dawn, she said is “not a destination, but a demarcation toward restored dominion”.
“Breaking Dawn will bring power, unity and the force of focused faith that will promote strength to each believer.”
Held in-person and virtually in the Atlantis ballroom, being mindful to be both faith-filled and responsible believers, Breaking Dawn’s in-person platform will operate at less than half of the capacity the ballroom is used to hosting.
Ashley Gibson, PULSE’s public relations officer, said the ballroom typically accommodates 75 people, but that they are only anticipating between 75 to 100 people for the in-person experience, with other participants expected to join into the event virtually.
Using the NBA’s creative “Basketball Bubble” as a guide, the PULSE team is creating the “Believer’s Bubble”. All in-person attendees, vaccinated or not, have to take a rapid antigen test for entry into the ballroom, which will operate at 33 percent capacity.
To maintain a safe, faith focused event, Gibson said individual staggered floors will be created, so believers can take in the power of God while maintaining the necessary COVID-19 protocols of being socially distanced. And that a medical team will be on hand to ensure social distancing, mask-wearing, sanitizing and temperature checks are carried out.
“Everyone will be tested and masks will be worn the entire time. We believe that once we practice all of the rules and regulations in place, that we can move forward safely with the event,” said Gibson.
“The darker the night, the deeper the need for dawn and we are in anticipation for the revival ‘Breaking Dawn’ will bring to thousands of believers nationally and internationally,” said Williams.
The virtual platform is $29.99, which covers the cost of streaming, and the in-person event held at the Atlantis resort in its ballroom is at a cost of $129.99, which covers the cost of breakfast and a rapid antigen test.
PULSE is the movement for prophets to release strategic inspiration to God’s people, according to Gibson. It was started three years ago and held at Life Changers Ministries International with a draw of approximately 300 people. It was canceled in year two, due to the coronavirus, and returned in a hybrid form for year three.
In its second year, Gibson said the people of God are desperate, hence, they decided to host the PULSE event in a hybrid format.
The takeaway for participants, she said, is going to be that God has not forgotten them in spite of what is going on in the nation and the world. And that He knows what is happening and isn’t surprised.
“God is still in control,” said Gibson. “Participants will leave refreshed.”
As for the 12 hour-event, she said it is significant of dawn coming forth.
“We believe something special happens with the dawn of a new day, so, it’s important to go through the night seeking and soaking in the presence of the light knowing that when dawn comes, we will be refreshed, renewed and spirits lifted as a new day has come.”
