FUNERAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Funeral Service for MR. KENNETH McCARTNEY age 78 years of #10 Savoy Place, Queen’s Cove, Grand Bahama and formerly of Nassau, New Providence will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Refuge Temple, Holmes Rock, Grand Bahama. Officiating will be Bishop Darren Sturrup, assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow at Holmes Rock Public Cemetery, Holmes Rock, Grand Bahama.

He was predeceased by his Mother: Pearly Mae Wells and Father: Alexander Kenneth McCartney.

Precious memories will linger in the hearts of his Wife: Debbie McCartney; Sons: Philip (Loylean), Kenneth, Haven, Steven and Kennard McCartney, Sgt. 2728 Derek Knowles (Ava); Adopted Sons: Curtis Wildgoose and Graham Forbes (Anishka); Daughters: Pearly Mae McCartney, Virginia Cooper (Godfrey), Innia McCartney, Sybil McCartney, Fay Ferguson (Dwight) and  Sherry McCartney; Grand Children: Pamella  Holmes, Renaldo McCartney, Antonio McCartney, Rickea Culmer, Justice Brice, Ashley Poitier, Demetrius Cooper, Samantha McKenzie, Cordero McKenzie, Delricka Grant, Marsha Bain, Philip McCartney Jr., Loyelle McCartney, Leshanda Shepherd, Samuel Hendfield, Shawn Hendfield and Stefano McCartney;
