A Private Funeral Service of Celebration for the life of the late Retired Nurse Helen Louise Major, aged 88 years, of Kensington Gardens, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 10th, 2020 at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, West Hill Street. Officiating will be Fr. Glen Nixon. Interment will follow in the Catholic Cemetery, Infant View Road.
Due to current Government regulations in respect of Covid-19, attendance is limited.
Helen leaves to cherish her memories, her Children: Philip and Shenique; One Grandchild: Stefan West-Major; Daughter-In-Law: Joanne West-Major; Sisters: Alicia Rahming, Florita Green, Evelon Blake, Cynthia Lester and Glenda Butterfield of Homestead, FL; Brothers: Lester Thomas, Dwight and Craig Butterfield of Florida; Sisters-In-Law: Gladys Butterfield, Tasheika Thomas, Barbara Butterfield and Eulamae Butterfield; Brother-In-Law: Bertram Rahming; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, God-children and other relatives and friends including: St. Francis Xavier Cathedral Family, St. Francis Xavier Cathedral Senior Choir, Pastor Cyprianna Rolle & The New Birth Ministries International Family, Nurse Carimenda Ferguson, Nurse Michelle Smith, Ms. Jan Armbrister & Family, Mrs. Pat Bethel & The Burns Unit Family, The Paul Family (Base Road), Mrs. Eloise Archer & Family, Dr. Rickey Davis, The Johnson Family & Mrs. Cynthia Sands & Family.
Friends may pay their last respects at Bethel Brothers Morticians & Crematorium, #44 Nassau St. on Friday October 9th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday at the Church from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
