Thomas Dacosta Smith aged 69 years, of St. Annes Crescent, died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Wednesday, 2nd June 2021.
He is survived by Daughters: Tracy Smith-Johnson, Michelle, and Jermaine Smith; Sons: Thomas Smith Jr. and Chima Johnson; Adopted Son: Theodore Fernander; 8 Grandchildren: Shaunte, Devante, Kenton, and Keon Knowles, Ufarro and Juan Johnson, Crystal Smith, and Ronaldo Young; 4 Great Grandchildren: Ian McPhee, Crishell, Kanyan, and Asia Armbrister; Sister: Cleomie Sutherland; Brothers: Vincent Thomas Sr. and Ronald Sutherland Sr.; Numerous Nieces and Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral will be announced at a later date.
