Three more cases of COVID-19 confirmed

The Ministry of Health has confirmed three new cases of COVID-19.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 36.

The patients include a 44-year-old man, a 71-year-old woman and a 41-year-old woman. All of the patients live on New Providence. Officials say they have no history of travel.

Six people, who tested positive for COVID-19, have died so far.

The ministry said 344 people are quarantined in The Bahamas.
